About the Event
Our family-friendly event this month is a gathering at the river! It's been a hot few weeks so let's cool off by hanging out in the shade and swimming!
This is a great location for all ages - there is a grassy area for picnic blankets and chairs, a small beach, and the water ranges from ankle deep to chest high on adults.
Feel free to bring whatever your family needs for the morning - water, snacks, life jackets, towels, beach toys, floaties, chairs/blankets, sunblock, etc.Â
After you park, you can walk towards the river and you cross a pedestrian bridge. There's a large willow tree that provides nice shade, and we can grab some grassy spots around there!
